Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ReefDock collects and why.
1. Product-search analytics
ReefDock records page views, searches, category selections, and outbound retailer clicks using a stable anonymous browser identifier. If you are signed in, the event may also include your account ID. These records do not include retailer payment credentials.
2. Retailer and affiliate services
When you follow an external retailer link, the retailer and any applicable affiliate network may collect information under their own privacy policies. ReefDock is not the merchant and does not receive your retailer checkout credentials.
3. Accounts and historical marketplace records
ReefDock may retain account profiles, prior listings, messages, orders, payment metadata, shipping records, and support records created while the peer-to-peer marketplace operated. These records are retained for history, support, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, and legal obligations. Sensitive payment details remain with the payment processor.
