Appearance Description
Alveopora ocellata forms encrusting to branching colonies with small polyps arranged in regular rows. Coloration ranges from tan, yellow, green, or orange, often with darker oral disc centers and characteristic eye-like spots (ocelli) on the corallite rims, giving it its common name.
