About Long Tentacle Anemone

Large anemone with a cream to tan column and numerous long, slender, translucent tentacles that may display purple, pink, or brown banding. Tentacles can extend up to 12 inches and are distinctly longer and thinner than those of other common host anemones.

Origin
Indo-Pacific from Indonesia and the Philippines west to the Indian Ocean and Red Sea.
Notes
Long sweeping tentacles can extend up to 24 inches. Requires strong lighting (PAR 150+) and moderate flow. Stable parameters essential (SG 1.023-1.025, pH 8.1-8.4). Temperature range 75-82°F. Can live 15+ years. Needs deep sand bed for anchoring. More aggressive than other anemones.
