Filter Feeder
Compatibility
Peaceful filter-feeder; compatible with non-predatory fish and most invertebrates that won't disturb it or cover it with sediment. Avoid aggressive fish and strong water movement that may stress the tunicate.
Notes
• Minimum 20 gallon tank • Requires strong water flow to deliver food particles to filter-feeding siphons • Temperature range 72–78°F with stable salinity 1.023–1.025 • Sensitive to sudden water chemistry changes and copper-based treatments • Prefers dimmer lighting and undisturbed placement once established
