How the marketplace protects buyers

• Stripe-secured checkout. Payments flow buyer → Stripe → seller via Stripe Connect. ReefDock never holds or commingles marketplace funds.
• Live-arrival photo confirmation. Buyers confirm arrival with a photo on live shipments. The photo is the record disputes are judged against.
• Tier-based payout holds. Seller payouts release after the order clears delivery confirmation — 5 days for new sellers, 3 for established, 0 for top-tier. See fees and payouts.
• ReefTrak-verified sellers. Sellers who maintain a Reef Trak tank log can attach source-tank parameters to eligible livestock listings. See Reef Trak integration.
