About Fowler's Surgeonfish
Fowler's Surgeonfish is a yellow surgeonfish with an olivaceous to brownish-yellow body. It features a yellow tail and dorsal fin, and characteristic venomous spines (scalpel-like keels) on either side of the caudal peduncle, typical of the Acanthuridae family. Adults display subtle banding and the body shape is compressed laterally.
