About Orange-fin Clownfish

A small damselfish with a bright orange body and distinctive bright orange-yellow dorsal and anal fins. White vertical bands mark the head and body. The caudal fin is orange. This species closely resembles the more common Ocellaris clownfish but exhibits more intense orange coloration overall and lacks the prominent dark eye-spot on the dorsal fin.

Orange-fin clownfish are hardy and beginner-friendly. They adapt well to captive conditions, tolerate a range of water parameters, and are compatible with most reef inhabitants including anemones.
Diet Details
Feed a varied diet of high-quality flake food, small pellets, and frozen foods such as brine shrimp and mysis shrimp. In the reef aquarium, they will also graze on copepods and naturally occurring micro-organisms in the live rock.
