About Red-fin Fairy Wrasse

Males display bright red-orange coloration on the head and anterior body, transitioning to violet-blue posteriorly, with distinctive red dorsal and anal fins. Females are predominantly orange-red with subtle banding. The body is elongated and streamlined, typical of fairy wrasses, with a pointed snout and relatively small mouth adapted for picking small invertebrates from the reef.
