About Brazilian Basslet
A small, elongated basslet with a bicolor body: deep purple to dark violet on the anterior half and upper body, transitioning to bright yellow-orange on the posterior half and lower abdomen. The head and gill area are typically darker purple, and the dorsal fin shows both purple and yellow coloration.
